Jinan Xiujian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1998, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in thedevelopment, production, and sales of highway and off highway axle assemblies and transmission components.After more than 26 years of development, the company now has two major production bases in Jinan and Tai'an,covering a total area ofover 150 acres and employing more than 400 workers. We are a professional OEM factories forChina National Heavy Duty Truck Group, MERITOR Axles, and USA DANA. We had won titles such as ExcellentSupplier and Quality Contribution Award for many consecutive years. Our company has passed the quality manage.ment system certifications ofiS09001,1SO/TS16949-2009, and IATF16949-2016.
Product series
The company mainly produces various precision forged gears, differential housings, press in axle tubes and other automobile forging products.
And we has developed 20 series axles, 30 seriesaxles,40 series axles, 50 series axles , and Load HaulDumper series axles to meet customer needs. This seriesof axles covers underground vehicles such as materialtransfer trucks, personnel transport vehicles, sprayingvehicles, load haul dumper, mining truck, explosivetrucks, tunnel equipment, and high-altitude vehicles;
Production equipment
The company has dozens of automated differential production lines, bevel gear production lines, spiderproduction lines, FMS housing production lines, preci-sion forging gear and synchronizer production lines. The production equipment includes nearly a hundred
advanced cold and hot processing equipment such asOERLIKON C50 CNC bevel gear cutting machine, G60 CNC bevel gear grinding machine, B27 CNC blade sharpening machine,T60 spiral bevel gear CNC rollinginspection machine,CS200 disc installation machine andinspection machine, L60 CNC gear grinding machine, MAKINO machining center and Mazak, WIA,TSUGAMI VA4CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers,AICHELiN push plate quenching production line, IPSENmulti-purpose furnace, gas nitriding furnace, quenchingand temperingfurnace, lsothermal normalizing production line, and strong shot blasting machine. we have 3Dsand mold printer to provide convenient conditions for customizing axles.The company currently has dozens of forging and intermediate frequency heating equipment, including 2500 ton, 1600 ton, 1000 ton, and 630 ton press machines, with an annual production capacity of 8000 tons of forgings,

The company currently has over 200 advanced production equipment including vertical and horizontal machining centers, turning centers, CNC spline milling machines, CNC gear grinding machines, CNC intermediate frequency machines, Ipsen carburizing furnaces, PE nitriding furnaces, as well as Gleason 350GMS testing center in the United States, CMM in South Korea, Leica DM1750M metallographic microscope in Germany, and HM-220C hardness tester from Sanfeng Corporation in Japan.
